The construction on Interstate 20 in Bossier City has encountered numerous challenges, primarily due to oversized 18-wheelers ignoring signage and driving through the restricted construction zone.
Recently, motorists have reported that potholes in the construction area are leading to an alarming increase in tire blowouts.

“I’ve seen three blowouts on I-20 in the past three days,” one witness reported. “The construction zone is killing tires, y’all,” another witness added.
