Shreveport, LA – On Wednesday, January 29, 2025 a 22-year-old woman arrived at Willis-Knighton North on Greenwood Road at approximately 5:29 p.m. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
According to initial reports, she sustained three gunshot wounds to the abdomen and two to the hand. The shooting allegedly occurred somewhere off North Market near Barton Drive.
At 5:50 p.m., the Shreveport Fire Department was notified to conduct an emergency transfer of the victim to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport for further treatment.
