SHREVEPORT, La. – The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office has released the identities of two men fatally shot in downtown Shreveport early Saturday, March 15, 2025.
JaCorey Fuller, 28, of Blom Boulevard, and Noah Penn, 24, of Silver Pine Boulevard, were both struck by gunfire outside a business in the 200 block of Texas Street.
Fuller sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Ochsner LSU Health, where he was pronounced dead at 2:56 a.m. Penn was also rushed to the same hospital but succumbed to his injuries hours later at 7:21 a.m.
Their deaths bring the total number of homicides in Shreveport and Caddo Parish to nine so far this year.
The Shreveport Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Autopsies have been ordered as part of the ongoing inquiry.
