Bossier Parish, LA – A collaborative investigation between the Bossier and Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Offices has led to the arrest of two individuals on multiple felony charges related to the production of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
On October 14, 2024, Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Detectives received information from Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Detectives regarding the possible production of CSAM in a hotel room within Bossier Parish. Investigators recovered multiple media files containing explicit material from the suspects’ electronic devices.
Working alongside the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, authorities obtained arrest warrants for Breanica Smith (33) and Spencer Millage Jr. (34).
Both were taken into custody and booked into Bossier Max on January 15, 2025.
Smith, whose last known address was on Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport, faces the following charges:
• 1 count of Pornography Involving Juveniles (felony)
• 6 counts of Molestation of a Juvenile Under 13 (felony)
• 2 counts of Aggravated Crimes Against Nature (felony)
• Bond set at $2,525,000
Millage, last known to reside on Joanna Drive in Shreveport, faces:
• 1 count of Pornography Involving Juveniles (Production) (felony)
• 10 counts of Molestation of a Juvenile Under 13 (felony)
• 1 count of First Degree Rape (felony)
• 1 count of Attempted First Degree Rape (felony)
• 1 additional count of Molestation of a Juvenile Under 13 (felony)
• Bond set at $10,725,000
The investigation remains ongoing. Authorities urge anyone with relevant information to contact law enforcement.
