Shreveport, LA – A Dodge Charger reported stolen from the Amazon facility in Shreveport has been found completely dismantled just two days after it went missing.

The vehicle was allegedly taken on Thursday, July 17, from the parking lot of the Amazon distribution center.
It remains unclear how the suspect or suspects were able to steal the vehicle from the site.

By Saturday, July 19, the Charger was located — but it had been stripped down to nothing more than the frame.
Authorities said the car’s engine, seats, carpet, steering wheel, and other key components had all been removed.

Photos of the recovered vehicle show extensive damage and a completely gutted interior, leaving behind only a hollow shell.
Investigators believe the parts were likely removed for resale or used in another illegal operation.

At this time, law enforcement has not released details on where the vehicle was found or whether any suspects have been identified. The investigation remains ongoing.
The theft raises concerns about organized auto part theft rings operating in the area, as well as potential vulnerabilities in employee parking security at large facilities.
