SHREVEPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT VICE UNIT EXECUTES OPERATION TARGETING MASSAGE PARLORS: MULTIPLE ARREST FOR PROSTITUTION
SHREVEPORT- La — On Thursday, May 30, 2024, members of the Shreveport Police Department VICE Unit conducted an operation targeting massage parlors within the city limits of Shreveport.
This operation was initiated in response to several complaints received regarding the activities at certain massage parlors in the area.
On this day, VICE Agents executed three search warrants at the following locations:
⚪️ China Spa – 8939 Jewella Ave
⚪️ Li’s Spa – 9435 Mansfield Rd
⚪️ Kars Spa – 6039 Five Oaks Boulevard
As a result of the operation, officers arrested seven suspects on prostitution charges:
Wei Xiangl, 37
Yang Shie, 49
Liu Xia, 52
Xie Fang, 49
Youyu Hu, 50
Ernest Hight, 52
Li Qing, 47
Additionally, the Shreveport Police Department seized a significant amount of money from these businesses. This money may be subject to forfeiture upon the conviction of these offenses.
