A man fatally shot multiple times while sitting in his car early Tuesday, February 25, 2025, has been identified as Shreveport’s seventh homicide victim of the year.
Demetri Williams, 30, was discovered in his vehicle outside his home in the 2600 block of Wren Court shortly after 5:40 a.m. Authorities confirmed he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Williams was positively identified through fingerprint comparison.

The Shreveport Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
An autopsy has been ordered.
