SHREVEPORT, La. — A months-long investigation by the Shreveport Police Department has resulted in the arrest of multiple suspects tied to the theft of 22 vehicles from Morgan Buick GMC on Business Park Drive.

The case began in November 2024 when officers responded to a report of the large-scale vehicle theft. Detectives with the SPD Property Crimes Unit soon discovered that the scheme was orchestrated by a dealership employee, identified as Joshua Ratliff, who allegedly stole multiple key fobs from the business. These fobs were then used to systematically remove vehicles from the lot with the help of several accomplices.

The investigation led to the following arrests:
Deandre Below was arrested on November 27, 2024, after being found in possession of several stolen vehicles. His arrest provided detectives with key leads in the case.

Jerry Butler Jr. was identified through information obtained via a Crime Stoppers tip. He was allegedly attempting to sell one of the stolen vehicles and was later arrested on February 25, 2025, on outstanding warrants related to the case.

Jordan Baker, already incarcerated at the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center for a similar offense, was found to be in possession of stolen key fobs. He was extradited to Shreveport in December 2024 to face charges.

Lamale Gilyard was arrested in January 2025 after being connected to the theft operation through ongoing investigative efforts.

Corbin Houston was taken into custody on March 3, 2025, marking the final known arrest in connection to the case.

The suspects face a range of charges, including vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, and criminal conspiracy. Ratliff is believed to be the central figure in the operation.
