Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department (SPD) arrested two adults and two juveniles on firearm-related charges after officers observed multiple individuals running into an apartment with firearms.
SPD patrol officers requested assistance from the Violent Crimes Abatement Team (VCAT) and responded to 4300 Lakeshore Drive, Apartment 303 (Lifestyle Apartments) to investigate. Upon arrival, officers made contact with several individuals inside the residence and conducted a search, recovering two firearms.
Following interviews with all occupants, four individuals were arrested and transported to the SPD Jail for processing. The arrested individuals include:
• Terrance Clark (DOB: 12/19/2006) – Charged with Possession of a Stolen Firearm
• Deatyn Dantzler (DOB: 05/31/2005) – Charged with Possession of a Stolen Firearm
• Two additional juveniles (names withheld due to age)
The SPD emphasized its commitment to removing illegal firearms from the community and reducing gun violence through proactive enforcement and community partnerships. The department continues to urge the public to report illegal firearm activity to help ensure the safety of Shreveport residents.
