Shreveport, La. — A 50-year-old Shreveport man is facing a lengthy prison sentence after pleading guilty to operating a methamphetamine lab inside a storage unit on Mansfield Road.

Thomas Lee Adam Davis entered a guilty plea on Monday, May 19, 2025, before Caddo District Judge Erin Leigh Waddell Garrett. The plea stems from a February 1, 2023 incident in which Caddo Parish Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of suspicious activity at a secure self-storage facility.
Upon arrival, narcotics agents discovered various components used in the production of methamphetamine. Investigators determined that over 110 grams of meth had been manufactured using the items found inside the unit. Davis, who leased the unit, left behind his debit cards and lab equipment days before deputies arrived.
This marks Davis’s third conviction for operating a clandestine drug lab, with prior convictions in 2005 and 2009.
Davis is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on June 24, 2025. He faces a minimum of five and up to 15 years in prison, along with a possible $25,000 fine.
The case, filed under docket number 393732, was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Jasmine Cooper and Erica Jefferson. Davis was represented by attorneys Charles Parr and Madison Crusan.
