SHREVEPORT, La — On Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 6:39 p.m., the Shreveport Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 6200 block of Willard Avenue.
Upon arrival, SPD officers found a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his side and arm. The male victim was promptly transported by Shreveport Fire Department medics to Ochsner LSU Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers at the scene conducted a thorough search and collected evidence, including locating multiple security cameras in the area.
