SHREVEPORT, La — On Sunday, June 9, 2024 the Shreveport Police Department responded to the 400 block of W. 76th Street in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, SPD Officers located a male suffering from a gunshot wound to his body. The male victim was transported to Oschner LSU Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The male victim was uncooperative and told officers he doesn’t remember what happened or how he got shot.

During the early stages of the investigation officers located a blood trail that led to the 500 block of W. 76th Street to a possible crime scene.
