On the evening of March 26th, at approximately 6:30 p.m., local authorities responded to a residential structure fire in the Red Chute community, located along Mid South Loop.

Firefighters and emergency personnel were immediately dispatched after reports of a fire at the scene.
Upon arrival, first responders found a single-wide mobile home fully engulfed in flames. The fire posed a significant threat to an adjacent structure, prompting swift action from the fire department to contain the blaze. Crews worked tirelessly and were able to bring the fire under control within about 15 minutes, preventing further damage to the nearby home.
Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the fire. Additionally, the mobile home that caught fire was not occupied at the time of the incident, further minimizing the risk to residents. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

The fire response involved a coordinated effort, with two fire engines, one rescue unit, two fire chiefs, and one EMS unit responding to the scene.
Emergency medical services were on standby, but no medical attention was required during or after the operation.
