Shreveport, La — Shreveport police responded to a shooting near a bus stop at the intersection of Line Avenue and E. 70th Street on Thursday, January 23, at 2:08 p.m.
Officers arrived to find a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to Ochsner LSU Hospital by the Shreveport Fire Department with life-threatening injuries.
The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot.
