Caddo Parish, La. – A Caddo Parish man was taken into custody on drug charges after a traffic stop in North Caddo Parish early Monday morning, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr.

Shortly after midnight on September 8, 2025, Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputy Ty Hayes conducted a traffic stop on a dark-colored sedan in the 8100 block of Kingwood Drive, just outside Blanchard. The stop was initiated due to a traffic violation.
