BOSSIER CITY, LA — On Sunday, January 5, 2025, Bossier City Police initiated a foot pursuit involving multiple masked suspects dressed in all-black clothing.
The chase began around 12:09 a.m. on Summerville Lane near Starling Drive, sparking a flurry of activity in the normally quiet neighborhood.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing the suspects fleeing the scene, with some jumping a residential fence and heading toward Middle Creek Boulevard. Additional sightings placed the individuals running in the direction of the water tower, adding to the urgency of the pursuit.
Police successfully apprehended one suspect, believed to be a 17 year-old male, near the intersection of Wilderness Lane and Cressmont Street.
While police have yet to release specific details about the charges or provide a booking mugshot, it appears additional suspects were detained.
However, due to their juvenile status, no further information about these individuals will be disclosed at this time.
This is a developing story, and Love Shreveport-Bossier Media will provide updates as more details emerge.
