Bossier City, LA — On the morning of Saturday, January 11, 2024, a significant emergency response was observed on Airline Drive, drawing attention from residents and passersby.
Around 10:55 a.m., Love Shreveport-Bossier began receiving reports of a large contingent of Bossier City Police and Fire Department vehicles heading northbound.

Eyewitnesses described a heightened presence near Willis-Knighton Bossier, with one individual messaging, “Do y’all know what was going on at Willis-Knighton Bossier? Cops have the road and entrance blocked off, and more cops are in the parking lot.”
Later in the day, around 1:00 p.m., a Pafford Air One Alpha Helicopter was spotted on the ground in the 2400 block of Hospital Drive. Verified aircraft flight records indicated the helicopter departed eastbound at approximately 1:23 p.m., and believed to have landed near Haughton, Louisiana, adding to the intrigue surrounding the situation.

Despite efforts to gather more details, no official statements have been made by the Bossier City Police Department regarding the nature of the incidents. At this time, it is unclear if the emergency response and the helicopter’s presence are connected.
This is a developing story.
Love Shreveport-Bossier is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
