CADDO PARISH, La. — A late-night police pursuit on May 31 ended in a crash, a foot chase, and high-tech tactics as deputies used a drone and K9 unit to track down two fleeing suspects in south Caddo Parish.

According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, the incident began when Deputy Daniel Clayton attempted to stop a Mercedes near the intersection of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop and Antoine Boulevard.
The driver refused to stop, prompting a pursuit that continued until the vehicle crashed in the 9000 block of U.S. Highway 80.

Two occupants fled the wrecked car on foot, while two others remained at the scene and were detained by deputies.
A perimeter was quickly established, and authorities deployed both a drone and K9 unit. The fleeing suspects were spotted by the drone and apprehended without further incident.

The driver, identified as 20-year-old Cozy Graham, was arrested for aggravated flight from an officer and resisting arrest.
A passenger, 18-year-old Havana Madden, was also arrested for resisting arrest.
Both were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center.

Details regarding the two additional occupants have not been released. It remains unclear if they were juveniles not listed in official reports due to age.
