Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Shreveport Super Store in the 300 block of N. Thomas Drive.
Officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 5:25 p.m. and were informed of a possible gunshot victim on Mohawk Trail.
Upon arrival, officers and emergency medical personnel were unable to locate a victim but received witness reports indicating that two males had exchanged gunfire. Witnesses stated that one of the individuals appeared to have been shot in the leg before both fled the scene in separate vehicles.
At 5:38 p.m., a gunshot victim matching the description of one of the shooters arrived at Willis Knighton North on Greenwood Road via private vehicle that had multiple bullet holes.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
