BATON ROUGE, La — Louisiana State Troopers Troop A are on the scene of a crash on Interstate 10 westbound at LA 415 in West Baton Rouge Parish.
The crash involved four overturned 18-wheelers and a passenger car.
Approximately 40,000 pounds of candles were scattered across the westbound lanes of Interstate 10. Westbound traffic is being diverted to LA Hwy 415 north to US Hwy 190 west.
LSP would like to thank Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) workers, the heavy duty wreckers and all members of the clean up crew who are working diligently to assist with re-opening the roadway.
